Overview
Bonsifest is a large-scale annual event featuring bands and DJs, hosting 10.000 attendees every December for over 20 years. From 2018 to 2023, I managed digital communication, branding, and Meta Ads campaigns. Leading a team of 8, I handled design, event coverage, live audience engagement, and post-production to ensure impactful marketing and execution.
Objectives
- Manage digital communication for pre-event and real-time updates
- Oversee branding and graphic design for each year’s event
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns via Meta Ads
- Lead a team for event coverage, including photography and videography
- Coordinate with suppliers for branded materials
- Ensure seamless event-day operations, including live engagement
- Deliver high-quality post-production content for promotional use
